The special handmade soba noodles, bonito broth sauce, the “Oshibori soup” with spicy radish juice and miso, and the most popular “walnut sauce” at this restaurant.

The thin buckwheat is shining white. From the left, the “Oshibori soup”, the bonito broth sauce, and the rightmost is the walnut sauce. Everything is delicious!

Each has a different taste, so you can enjoy eating and comparing them. Personally, I liked “Oshibori soup” the most.

After enjoying the famous soba noodles, cycle through the streets of Hakuba Village to “Shimofurinomiya Hosono Suwa Shrine”.

The right hand is the large hill and the left hand is the normal hill.

As I was looking at the jumping platform, the sprinkler was activated and the artificial turf began to be watered.

While wondering what would start, the children started jumping from the sky!

Unfortunately I couldn’t shoot the jumping scene, but it was amazing!
